Applications: Acetic anhydride is used in organic synthesis, dyes, pharmaceutical industry, and the manufacturing of acetyl compounds. It can be used as an initiator, bleaching agent, solvent, and dehydrating agent, and the final products of application are cellulose acetate and acetate fiber plastics.
